COVID-19 health and safety information

Our doors remain open and Telehealth Physiotherapy Consultations and Virtual Pilates are up & running!!

Our commitment to your Health & Safety

The situation continues to change very rapidly but our response to these changes is always based on maintaining the health and safety of our staff, our clients and the general community. We remain open and continue to follow stringent hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure that patients are confident when they come into the clinic for treatment. However, we are no longer running face-to-face pilates or group classes. This decision is in the best interest of our clients and the community, given the increased social distancing restrictions.

Our Physiotherapy Clinic

We continue to follow strict cleaning and hygiene procedures that were implemented in all clinical areas earlier in March.

We still welcome patients who would like to attend in person for treatment, however, we are also now running telehealth physiotherapy appointments for those who prefer this option. Follow the Telehealth link on our website for further information or contact reception.

Our Pilates and Exercise Studio

Pilates and other group classes have now been transitioned to virtual classes only. We are still offering 1:1 pilates sessions with physiotherapists in the clinic.

For further details, follow the Virtual Pilates link on our website or contact reception.

Feeling Unwell?

If you are feeling unwell with a sore throat, coughing or fever, or you have recently returned from overseas, please cancel your appointments for 14 days or until you have been cleared by a medical professional.  Our staff and therapists will also be abiding by these Queensland Health guidelines. Thank you for your understanding.

We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines and feel confident that we are doing everything possible to ensure our clinic remains a safe environment for all. Please contact us if you would like further information.
