Saba Sanaei

Saba graduated from the University of Queensland in 2010 and since then has had experience working in private practice, Clinical Pilates, geriatrics and clinical education.  She loves the hands-on approach to Physiotherapy but also strives to educate her patients in the best ways to prevent injuries and how to recover in the shortest possible time.

Her treatments include manual therapy, women’s health, sports massage, dry needling, rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates. She has a special interest in treating neck and back pain as well as dance related injuries. Saba has had extensive experience in teaching Pilates as well as managing and organising classes at various private practices around Brisbane and she continues to do this at Junction Road Physiotherapy.  Due to her strong interest in sports, Saba also loves treating sports-specific injuries.

Saba enjoys running a variety of classes at junction road physio, including stretch class, mums and bubs and bones and balance. She enjoys the challenge of modifying exercises to suit different health conditions and aged groups.

Saba is trained in assessing and treating a wide variety of Women’s health, pelvic floor and pre/post natal conditions. She has a passion for Women’s Health Physiotherapy and will be continuing ongoing training to further develop her skills in this area.

Saba is bilingual, she speaks English and Persian fluently. In her spare time she loves dancing, hot yoga, martial arts, pilates and taking long walks around our beautiful state.
