Anthony Trojman

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) from ACU with the Dean’s Award for highest GPA in clinical placements. He also has a Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in classical and contemporary dance.

Prior to his Physiotherapy degree, Anthony worked as a professional dancer for 10 years in multiple contemporary dance companies performing throughout Australia and internationally.

Upon graduating his physiotherapy degree, he obtained a New Graduate position at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital before moving on to work in paediatrics at the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital where he worked predominantly in musculoskeletal outpatients and orthopaedics.

Anthony’s skills include manual therapy, post-operative rehabilitation, sporting injuries and working with children and adolescents. His extensive background in clinical Pilates as a dancer and a clinician makes him a valuable member of the Junction Road Physiotherapy team.

In addition to his clinical work Anthony has also tutored in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University and currently works as a sessional lecturer and research assistant at Griffith University investigating injuries in AFL teams and adolescent Netball players.  Outside of the clinic Anthony enjoys running, strength and conditioning at the gym and still showing his talents on the dance floor.
