Junction Road Physiotherapy is pleased to accept referrals under the GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), as arranged by your General Practitioner.

Please note that while we do not offer bulk billing, we are able to process your Medicare rebate at the time of your appointment.

All initial and subsequent consultations under a GPCCMP are payable on the day of service.
