Pilates at JRP

Is back pain something you have been experiencing? Or is a lower-impact form of exercise something you have been searching for? Well look no further then Pilates!

JRP has it’s very own spacious Pilates studio on-site with enough room to fit 7 reformer machines. All classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists who are accredited with Clinical Pilates for Physiotherapists certificates. 

Pilates is for everybody, regardless of gender, age, race, size, ability, or current fitness level. Boasting countless advantages, the main benefits of Pilates include:

  • Increased core strength
  • Improvements in posture
  • Decrease in back pain and the risk of other injuries 
  • Improves flexibility, mobility and balance
  • Teaches an awareness of body and its movement patterns

Our team offers over 35 sessions a week, with classes running from as early as 6:00am and as late as 7:15pm at night – there is bound to be a time to suit you!
