Mums and Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs exercise class is designed specifically for the needs of women who have recently given birth. The classes will help to restore pelvic floor strength and function, develop abdominal strength and control, improve posture, flexibility and general fitness as well as elevate energy levels and improve mood.

These small group classes are guided by a physiotherapist who will adapt the exercises to suit your specific needs and supervise closely to ensure exercises are practised with the correct technique.

Mums & Bubs exercise class is perfect for those who wish to return to exercising alongside other like minded women with the added benefit of being able to bring your little one along to the class with you. Classes are run every Wednesday morning  (see timetable here).

Requirements: 

 Pre-assessment with a physiotherapist. This is a 30 minute consultation to assess your individual abilities and core-strength as well as your suitability for the class. Cost is for a standard physio appointment of 30 mins.
